Meet the Founders
Giridhar Baliga
Giri is a seasoned leader and has held positions of Managing Director for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics & Country Manager for Abbott Medical Optics in South Asia before taking up the position of CEO at a bespoke AI startup – MCG.ai. Having started out as a Sales Engineer at GE, his penchant for understanding client needs, providing the right solutions, and negotiating win-win deals led him to senior ranks within the corporate world. An exceptional speaker with passion for highest ethical standards, he believes in being candid, treating everyone with respect, working super hard, energizing others and most importantly in meeting and understanding what clients truly want. No wonder, he spends 70% plus of his working time with clients. He has had the track record of mentoring and growing several leaders within and outside the industry. A practitioner of “work hard, play harder”, as a founder partner at TalenTransformers, Giri wants to share his adventure with professionals with what he calls “Transformation Modules”.

Deepayan Ray
Deepayan is a commercial leader who has excelled in grooming people and building highly engaged teams and organizations. He started as a frontline salesperson and rose the ranks based on his dedication, commitment, hard work, and high ethical standards. He has held senior management positions in esteemed companies like Abbott Medical Optics and Beckman Coulter India. For the last 5 years he held the position of General Manager of Malaysia and Indonesia for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics where he was instrumental in delivering massive sales and profitability growth over the years. After this successful stint he is now back in India and chose to follow his passion of training people. Deepayan is known to be a passionate speaker and can influence people positively. He loves to have fun after a hard day’s work and is now looking forward to sharing his rich experience with people in the industry and help them become successful in this hyper-competitive world.
